By this time all members of the Fellowship should be on at least level 2 with hopefully Gandalf & Aragorn on level 3

2 blasts of the old sword whilst running rings around the Balrog. After every blast run as far away as possible to max recharge time. After second attack or when you feel your health is getting too low use the heal power. After you are recharged you should be able to finish off the Balrog with one maybe 2 more sword blasts & the level is over.
