My interests in food a varied but generally I enjoy a good Indian curry more than any other food with my particular favourite dish being Tandori Shashlik which is a mixed grill with a thick creamy Masalla sauce. The best place in my opinion to be served the dish is the Indo Cymru on Cowbridge Road East, Canton, Cardiff, Wales.
I am particularly interested in chillies and have great success in growing even the most difficult and painful varieties such as the Habenero and Scotch Bonnet. A master of harnessing these dangerous fruits is "Dangerous" Dave of Dave's Gourmet Foods.
