Caroline Wilson [Parents] [scrapbook] 1 was born on 23 Dec 1879 in Swansea, Glamorganshire, Wales, UK. She died on 22 May 1966. She married John (Jack) Snook on 28 Nov 1897.
In 1948 Caroline, took the opportunity to travel to America to visit her daughters Winnie & Alice whom she had not seen for nearly thirty & twenty years respectively. Alice & Frank made the first of their return visits to the UK in the 1950s. In 1968, Bob & Betty Toogood also made the first of two trips to the States to visit her sisters & families.

Their only child, Sarah, was born on 17th March 1966. John had a kidney transplant in July 1991 after kidney failure thought to have been traced back to his service in Malaya with the RAF in the 1950s.Marriage: On 13th July 1957 John Toogood married Shirley Young.
